Harmony Living Centers, Inc. Staff

Each of the 11 facilities operated by Harmony Living Centers is under the supervision of QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals). These individuals conduct assessments to evaluate individual resident needs, plan and implement individualized training based on these assessments, monitor and modify training as needed, and devise behavior management programs to address negative behaviors when necessary. These duties are coupled with staff supervision, including providing ongoing training.

A supervisor manages each Harmony location and works closely with both the people who live there and the direct-care staff. These individuals manage the facility's staff, accompany residents to appointments with medical professionals, monitor training and conduct house meetings which include activity management and individual rights instruction.

The direct-care staff at each home receives on-going training and are presented with a variety of company-provided opportunities to further their expertise in their particular field.
